In short, although all this may seem a bit confusing, we must learn to make use of our emotional intelligence, to neutralize or eliminate unfavorable paradigms (an example would be: “this subject is impossible”) and increase the strength of positive paradigms (for example: “I am able to pass this subject”), so that it works as a truth that plays in our favor.

The same scene is repeated among many students: going to check the result of an exam, getting angry and using that circumstance to press him even more for the next exam. This means missing out on a very important opportunity to improve our learning.
Once you receive the result of an exam, there is no use in getting angry or nervous. Instead, this is the best time to analyze what you failed and learn from your mistakes. A bad result in an exam speaks and tries to convey to you that something is failing. Stand up, listen and act accordingly.
