SOJ’s Journal of Endocrinology and Diabetes (JED), is an International, peer reviewed, Open Access journal published by the Symbiosis Online Journal (SOJ) publishing group. JED publishes articles pertaining to the all the endocrine glands, their metabolism and functions. The journal, in addition also gives a special importance to articles related to Diabetes mellitus.

The main purpose of the Journal of Endocrinology and Diabetes is to link the scientific communities, the academicians, industrialists, physicians, researchers and health care providers to each other through its publications. The journal focuses to publish articles

Endocrinology is a vast field of medicine, where the anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology and metabolism of all the endocrine glands and their respective hormones are studied in detail. The readers of the journal would benefit from becoming aware of the state-of-art methods and protocols that are in use to treat the hypo and hyper states of the endocrine glands. The journal also encourages the authors to submit the manuscript that are novel, pioneering and simple techniques to follow for any future repetitive studies.

Diabetes is a common term that is used for Diabetes Mellitus (DM), the condition when the blood glucose levels rises above the normal level. Diabetes is of two types-Type 1(IDDM -Insulin Dependent DM) and Type 2 (NIDDM- Non Insulin Dependent DM). Journal of Endocrinology and Diabetes focuses on the all the clinical manifestations and conditions pertaining to hyperglycemia or diabetes mellitus.

SOJ’s Journal of Endocrinology and Diabetes publish articles with regular issue releases in a timely manner with a careful double blinded peer review process. The success of the articles release would not have been possible without our notable editorial board members and reviewers. JED welcomes articles like clinical trials and studies, translational research and basic findings, review papers, letter to the editors, opinion, short communication, etc subjected to diabetes and all endocrine disorders. However, authors should endorse that the manuscripts submitted to JED is not submitted previously elsewhere for publication.

SOJ’s Journal of Endocrinology and Diabetes has previously published articles related to Congenital Hyperinsulinemic Hypoglycemia, Hypoparathyroidism, Type 2 diabetes mellitus, Primary Aldosteronism, Hyperglycemia, diabetic nephropathy, Ulcer Piercing, Primary Hyperparathyroidism, Thyroid hormones, etc.
